What can HBCLinux do for you
I specialise is installing GNU/Linux to individual computers and small networks. I also provide and install selected Open Source software to Windows. I support my installations free of charge for up to three months. I can also migrate your existing Windows files and settings and provide training in GNU/Linux fundamentals, where required, to provide a smooth transition into your new GNU/Linux system.

I will also troubleshoot any GNU/Linux (sometimes BSD and Solaris) via email for free. I troubleshoot open source installations in person for a fee. I can also provide knowledgeable hardware advise for new computers.

This web site is a tad primitive dude!
You must be using Internet Explorer 6 or earlier! This site is best viewed using a standards-compliant browser like Firefox, Opera, or IE7.

Supported Distributions
There are thousands of GNU/Linux distributions. Though I will help troubleshoot any of them, the following are the ones I keep track of. These are the ones I will install for you, and support after installation.

ubuntu.com
The world #1 GNU/Linux distribution, Ubuntu is designed for accessability and ease of use. Supported by Canonical, this flavour comes as a 'try before you buy', system, allowing Ubuntu to run your computer without touching your files. When you're happy with it, just click the instll button and you're away.
